Why do you require a card on Free?+
To keep abuse out and to give every Free user the same trial experience as paid plans (no card-walls). We charge $0 at signup; the card is only for fraud verification and the upgrade path. Cancel anytime in /settings/billing.
What happens at the end of the 14-day Pro trial?+
Your account auto-drops to Starter ($99/mo) unless you upgrade or cancel. We'll email you 3 days before so there are no surprises.
How do AI credits work?+
One credit = $0.01 of actual LLM cost. Each tier ships with a monthly cap. We show usage in real-time on /settings/billing. Need more? Buy a credit pack for $19/$49/$199. Unused credits don't roll over (the cap resets monthly), but pay-as-you-go top-ups stay until used.
Are transactional emails (like booking confirmations) capped?+
No. Only marketing/campaign emails count toward your cap. Booking confirmations, password resets, and system alerts are unlimited and free across all plans.
Can I run multiple companies/brands on one account?+
Yes — Business ships 3 brands, Enterprise unlimited. Each brand gets its own agents, KPIs, dossier, and integration scope. Add-on bundle available on Pro for $99/mo.
How does customer support work?+
